Probably right. Will be doing a 24 hour shift. Work bought me a 30 pack and a air mattress.

I leave for China at 3 am Thursday morning so I plan on getting some sleep. First 4th in years I won’t be spending the night blowing up the sky till midnight.

What is taking you to China?

We will go uptown to the square to watch the parade and then I think we are going to my mom's for lunch. Later in the evening we will go to the city's fireworks.

I posted on the Off-topic board that I really wanted to go to Indiana or Missouri (they sell better fireworks) but my neighbors are all older and my next door neighbor's dog isn't doing too well.

Haven't heard from my dad on what he is doing, but that would be a good place to light off some big ones out on his property.

Ribs and pork loin

Too old and broke for purchasing fireworks

Saw them for free last night at 3 crosses over Pinnacle, again tonight at the Naturals game.

Drink. Drink heavily. Drink a lot.

Or, you know, an average day to me. I'm blessed with the liver of Prometheus so evidently booze has no effect on my organs.

Other then that I'll stay inside since it should be Oh My Sweet Jesus as far as the temperature outside.

Used to teach over there. Go back ever so often and do a little sightseeing and catch up with friends.

Work.....the bastards waited until less than a week before to let us know. Someone volunteered to take my spot but it's hard to turn down triple time.
