He bats 7th and platoons with Bolton at 3rd base.

Hollan has been pitching through shin splints and velocity as dropped according to DVH.

Dylan Carter has a UCL tear and is out for the season and will require TJ surgery.

That would be a wise strategy. We are running on fumes at this point. Unless we are fighting for a top 8 seed I'd be happy to make our appearance at the SEC tourney as short as possible.

Probably the worst news possible.

When DVH first said he was having an MRI, I figured we wouldn’t see him again until the postseason.

When he said last night that it “wasn’t good” I figured he was done for the season.

TJ means we probably don’t see him again until 2025.

I'm now numb to all of the injury news. Not only numb, but I expect it.

It probably is/was. What other year could Arkansas have lost their projected Friday starter, their closer, and their best long reliever and still be a projected national seed with 3 weeks left in the season?

We might be lucky to get out of a regional at this rate. I won't feel too bad if we can't do anything in the postseason if we're missing most of our best players

To still be in Top 8 seed discussion at this point in the season, considering all of the injuries and the massive holes in the lineup at SS and C, is truly amazing.

To me, the fate of this team relies on the health/recovery of 3 guys -

Josenberger
Wegner
Tygart

If all 3 come back and are firing on all cylinders, watch out. If not, well, just another Razorback season doomed by injuries

If Jim Jarvis or Pickney transfer instead of going pro, I hope we add them.

I guess no Stovall at least means we can get both Tygart and Ledbetter on the roster since we had to drop Austin for Brady last weekend.

ETA: Forgot about Carter so guess that doesn't really matter
