Agreed, very satisfied with the class given the circumstances and addressing defensive needs. Liked our chances with Brule a couple weeks ago and looks to be a great OLB, the greed in me really wanted him.
Not sure if Gooden is SEC qualified and don't like our chances with Gerald unless other places are full, but I'd gladly take either.

Just in the sheer fact he mentioned us in his top 3 a few days ago is the only reason I can think of. Seemed like the staff moved on awhile ago

3 instate and a legacy.
Woods and Robinson were SMU commits that followed.
Bishop and Ferrell instate defenders the old staff didn’t prioritize.
Flipped Fulwider and Mason.
Boyd a three year JUCO if he gets in and JSJ destroyed TX HS playoffs.
Alexander is a DE with some Flowers traits. Beat out Texas for him and Parker. Lots of schools moved in on Parker.
Foucha is being sold on playing the honey badger role in the defense.
Winkel while not highly rated was biggest get over MSU, Tennessee, Nebraska because losing Luke Jones plus the guys that left the current team.

Honestly the only disappointment from me is missing out on Bohanon, but hiring Morris took us from no chance whatsoever to a decent chance late so I can't be mad.

Jacob Copeland's mom just walked off the stage on TV after her son committed to UF and he started crying.
