edit: that's a few days after he mentioned arkansas, which (from what I remember) was fairly clearly him supporting LaFrance rather than truly showing interest.

In this case I think Biddy may be right. It explains why the in home visit was cancelled and then back on again. To me that seems like there is a disagreement going on.
