So who's ready for a buttload of 2015 offers to go out?
Since we're done taking RB's this would be a good time for us to have Thomas, Segrest, and Taver out getting those 2015's.
Maybe Segrest can get the kid from MPLS receptive to Arkansas and help influence a Ragnow signature.
I really dislike that Pettway is going to visit Bama and Ole Miss before even getting an Arkansas offer and that Lunney was in S. Arkansas this past week and didn't go to Nashville or Texarkana.
I'd like to see Segrest have a role in DFW / E. Texas along with helping Taver in GA and AL.
With the way we're connected via the internet recruiting territories is sort of silly, just go after the best guys in your position group anywhere in the World and then split up the regions for maintaining relationships with coaches and Juco's, youth programs, etc.

We have 77 2015 offers out right now.
I was told Pettway is going to have to come to camp. It's easy for out-of-state schools to offer kids here and slow play them, while we have to be 100% before offering.

If Shannon gets the DC job then there is no reason that we shouldn't get at least one Northwestern kid a year. He is loved at that school.

Yeah there was a thread yesterday on 247 where someone asked about after the DC was hired would we hold off on the position coach hiring until after signing day and Otis responded "I believe so" without even trying to dodge the question.

As a little aside on Petrino's recruiting, just go look at Louisville's current commit list and it's the stereotypical Petrino class -- 3 receivers, 2 TE's, and 2 more athletes projected as receivers, plus one tailback.

77 is probably 65% of what Bama has out there at the moment. They're offering more and more with these conditional offers then cherry picking to give out the commitables.
