Someone said on the radio yesterday that the kid took and passed 24 hours this semester to be able to transfer this year. He didn't have too many offers because no one really knew that a transfer this year was possible. We'll see how he pans out. I do like the fact that the kid did what he did to be able to transfer pretty much a year earlier than expected. Shows a little drive and willingness to work. I'm not claiming he's an All-American or anything, but maybe the kid can contribute and be the sure-handed target that we desperately need on the outside.

Like I said, I don't know if the info I gave above is good or not, just something I heard. Here's his highlight vid. He has a great takeoff, good spatial awareness, and knows how to use his body. Would like to see him high-point some of those corner fades, but he may be a contributor next year.

He used to be a 4* so he must have gotten dropped.

That highlight film is interesting, he runs so smooth. He does a very quick cut on his routes, but even though he does them in one step it looks like he's running them rounded. I can't tell if it's good or bad other than it appears to confuse the man coverage greatly each time.
