ditto, my future is riding on this prognostication.

I think they'll both be hogs.

Know what else I'm really impressed by and slightly angered by at the same time. RD wrote about that 5* DE Solomon Thomas is now really interested in the Hogs after visiting last week.

Thomas' sister attends U of A, and he had been on campus six times previously visiting her and not once had he ever been over to visit the football program. Sounded like the previous staff never even tried to get him to come by while his family was in Fayetteville and they never went out of their way to get his attention.

He really likes the staff and we went from not even on his radar to a warm rating on 247. He's from Coppell and they're starting to put out some serious talent, they usually go to Texas or the Oklahoma schools. Dude is the kind of recruit that could really help turn the tide for us in the Metroplex where we need to be really strong in.

I really believe that Texas is ripe for us to recruit. Texas and Oklahoma are in a dying conference that is struggling to keep pace in the arms race with the SEC. Stoops and Brown are on the decline. We now have a coaching staff that can recruit. A&M has brought exposure to the SEC in Texas and has more kids looking to play in the conference.

According to Brian Perroni, on 247, he and his sister have basically had an agreement to go to different schools which is why he has never considered Arkansas.

RD had a little story in the ADG today about Top 2014 Hoops prospect Jahlil Okafor 6-10 240 C, out of Chicago.

Was born in Ft. Smith, grew up for awhile in Moffat, OK. Dad played at WestArk. Has a lot of family in the Ft. Smith area that are coming to watch him play in the Real Deal tourney. Says coming back home is huge. So that hopefully helps us that they consider Arkansas home and he has an emotional pull for him to play close to his grandma and family here.

Then let her transfer to Austin and let Solomon enroll at Fayetteville. Done deal, processed.

From Okafor's wiki page, take it for what it's worth.

quote:

Early career

As a youth, Okafor was constantly going back and forth between his mother's home in the 127-resident town of Moffett, Oklahoma and his father's home in Chicago. At age 9, his mother contracted bronchitis causing one of her lungs to collapse two-weeks later before she died. Okafor moved in with his father in Chicago on the South Side before moving to Rosemont

If that's true I feel bad for the kid losing his mom so young. I guess bronchitis ain't no joke.

I think I'm going to send in Korliss Marshall's and Baby Monk's highlight tapes as a 2 sport stud from North Dakota named Stonewolf Jackson.

Orlando Brown names his top 3 of Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. Will visit them all this summer and plans to commit in August or September.

Simply outstanding to at least be in the game with a huge OT like that, Bielema and Pitmman are closers. I like our chances.

247 made some major updates to their network over the weekend and now have what they are calling their "Crystal Ball" which allows the staff to predict where someone is going. Here are a few of our targets.

Josh Frazier - 5 out of 5 Pick the Hogs

Brandon Harris - 2 out of 4 Pick the Hogs

Kevin Shorter - 3 out of 3 Pick the Hogs

Garrald McDowell - 4 out of 5 Pick the Hogs

Isaiah Wynn - 1 out of 4 Picked the Hogs

Also they only had one guy make a prediction for each but Jarvis Cooper and Raymond Wingo were predicted to sign with the Hogs.
