OT Chukwuma Okorafor said that he is going to take OV's to Maryland, Florida and Arkansas and then make a decision. He's still committed to Western Michigan.

Juco's seem like a waste.. Except for the rare game changer juco.

I have a feeling we'll be glad to have a few jucos next year. Mainly Demetrius Wilson

I leave for a month and we lose Eluemenor and process a juco scrub.

He just saw the O-Line talent he had to compete with and was scared is my stance...

It sucks to lose him but honestly having a 3 or 4 year starter at the position might be the better option. Unity and gelling together on the O-line is more important than at any other position

I'll gladly trade Elrthwwh4yt for Gault. It'll help with Wallace too.

Maybe, idk, I still think it's a HUGE blow.
We needed someone to step in and immediately make an impact with Swanson graduating. He was that guy IMO.

It's definitely a blow in the short term no matter what anyone says. Our fanbase is so damn impatient that Coach B needs to do whatever it takes to win now.
Long term, it's probably more beneficial to start youth.

JUCO is a necessary evil to shore up the recruiting and retention problems out of the prior 3 classes (2010, 2011, 2012), one entire class is gone, basically.

Agree, I would have been just fine with a year or two of Elumenor while he continues to recruit OL just fine in the HS ranks, takes some pressure off the younger players and really helps immediately.
But oh well.
Skipper, Koehler, and Kirkland will still be solid next season on their own especially with 2 of those 3 getting so much PT and experience this year.
