Also, I'm REALLY holding out hope for Kirkland now.

Me too. I think he will follow Collins lead.

Any word on Mitchell? Hasn't he had enough time to talk things over with his moms?

If we finish with Mitchell and Kirkland...that would be sweet.

Top 20 class? If we were to add those 2 4*'s I would think we'd be close to it.

Honestly, if Johnson isn't an impact freshman type, and who knows with our lack of depth and talent at OT.

That's one of those spots where I'd rather hold off on the scholly so we can oversign by a couple next when this staff has a full year to recruit.

Damn close I would have to think.

I'm ecstatic at what these guys have done in such a short period of time. I've always been a big proponent of having a good staff, and more importantly having the $ to keep and hire a good staff. Coach B embraces that, and it's already paying off in a big way.

I already can't wait to see what they do as far as recruiting goes for next year.

Anyone know what Taver's been doing? Woking on 2014? Seems the coaches we're hearing about being on the road are Pittman, Chaney, Thomas, Partridge, Shannon, and 2Beez with Lunney working in state.

ETA: Something to think about during your mid-afternoon fap later today, Taver who was likely the best closer on last years staff, is probably the 6th or 7th best recruiter on this staff.

Speaking of tomorrow - what's our plan? Keeping everything in this thread?

Wait on Mitchell and Kirkland's decision. I guess Tenpenny will get a LOI sent to him as a courtesy.

I don't think they will send out any more offers since they took a Olinemen as walkon last night and lost Johnson to Nebraska today.

Possible Nebraska is full (they already are) get Johnson after all.

Worst case scenario, we keep some schollys for next year to use for early enrollees/JUCOs since the instate class is suppose to be stacked, it would help to have up to 4 schollys available for this.

Frazier's solid in the classroom. I'm going to say a little prayer tonight that we can get Frazier as an early enrollee. USC is gonna be so tough to hold off.

This has been one of my favorite threads. Hate to see it go. It does have a happy ending though it seems what with all of the ugotposted and then the Collins commit within a day of eachother. That was money.

I say someone starts a new one. Who wants to volunteer? Woopig usually does it on signing day but don't know if he'll be around?

I'm for letting Woopig do it if he wants. He always does a great job. I'd do it but i'm afraid i'd just do a shitty job.

"Word is that Thomas and Kirkland are not coming to The U. They are now chosing between FSU and Ark, Ice is pushing his boys to Randy. Ice was already pist at The U for how they handled Randy and his being let go. The recent issue with Kirkland just gave him an excuse to really throw salt."

I've seen it said that Kirkland and Thomas want to go to school together, a package deal per say. Their head coach played for Coach Shannon at daU.

This would be a package deal I could get behind.

LINK

More likely scenario sees both at FSU, tho.
