I think he's waiting to announce publicly on signing day.
We should make a thread about the safety Shannon wants if he's allowed to commit then let everyone try to find the profiles that don't exist for him.

It sure seems that Collin's gf is guilt tripping him like a mofo. I'm creeping on her twitter right now and she's a sidewalk fan possibly. She doesn't even live in Miami, she's in W. Virginia. Cleat Chaser no doubt, she's got pics of traveling to games and alludes to athletic departments of a couple schools.
