That tweet was sent Jan 16th. He was just telling him he looked forward to meeting him and telling him to tell somebody hi. McFadden is not on campus.

I doubt McFadden came to campus, although he MAY have.
Coach P likely met him in LR soon after that tweet that's why he said he was looking forward to meeting him.
McFadden lives in LR, huge half million dollar home on River Ridge Point.
