What about the NYC hog fans? Won't someone think of us? Let's take a WMS game and put it in MetLife Stadium

The way for long to sell out WMS is to start taking EBT for ticket purchases and conceal them as some kind of food purchase. Southeast Arkansas would fill the joint up if that happens.

Yeah, but that puts us in the Georgia/OU role...

Let's not forget folks - we're family. You can kick your brother in the nuts at home, but have his back out in public.

And the hub of Arkansas, the state capitol, the center of business and government, will always be Little Rock.

Little Rock can't claim to be the center of business for the state. At best it's a push between the two.

Keep Arkansas Poor and Backward, because that's how we were raised. I think that's a life slogan for some folks.

I don't believe anyone with half of a brain cell thinks this way.

Speaking for myself, WMS holds many fond memories; however, as I stated previously, I do understand the difficulties for the team and coaching staff concerning LR games. Whatever is in the best interest of the team is what I support.

As far as all of South Arkansas being poor and backward, that is a ludicrous statement. I was raised in that area of the state, and, fortunately, was far from poor or backward.

This state civil war is rather unbecoming.

It's not applicable to south Arkansas as much as the Delta, a lot of people confuse the two. And yes, unfortunately the Delta is poor and backwards.

This is 100% Correct.

I started going to games at WMS in 1972, Dad had season tickets in Sec. 25. I picked them up in 1983 because he moved out of state.

The fans in the row above and below us are from Lake Village and Eldorado, they've been no shows for the last 3 years. They've offered they're tickets to other fans, still a no show. I spoke to the Eldorado fans and they told me that they had rather watch the game at home and can't give there tickets away..

Sad state of affairs when you can't give your tickets away at WMS to south Arkansas Hog fans.

The Golf Course tailgating is awesome, but the stadium and parking sucks...

Central and South Arkansas can't fill it up, then WMS needs to go!

Filling it up isn't the problem, it only looks terrible on TV.

The people you mention isn't a problem as they are buying the tickets, if these tickets go unused, that again isn't a problem and only looks bad on TV.

The problem is 10k unsold tickets 3 days before gameday.

I get the -10K tickets, but it's sad that they can't give the tickets away to friends and family.

This speak volumes to the South Arkansas fans that beg for more games in WMS.

They want to talk noise about keeping games in WMS but most never go.

That is sad, particularly since I know a few folks in my hometown, situated between El Dorado & LV who would love to have them.

I don't understand why you guys want to move all the games to Fayetteville. Why don't we just abolish slavery while we're at it, fricking yanks.

But they might want to one day if its a big game against a big opponent.

The GSD hinges not around logic and reason, but nostalgia, emotions, and convenience...
