After he throws an interception? It appears that he goes to the bench and is left alone. Am I missing something?

Milroe doesn't have it between the ears.

He reportedly blew up in a QB meeting last year when he was being "coached".

Maybe Milroe can't be coached up, and maybe he can. And he's far from being the only player who needs to be coached up.

You're assuming that we have an excellent coaching staff that is capable of that. We don't.

We have a head coach that clearly doesn't demand...DEMAND...excellence from his players and staff.

Because milroe, Moore and I’m sure a few others seem to be holding this beta coaching staff hostage. Sickening how weak this staff and Deboer are. That post game presser was piss.

Head coach needed to hire a disciplinarian coach as a DC to balance out his head in the clouds persona.

Maybe Grubbs was that guy who whipped players into shape.

We currently don't have one.

Anyways, who can help a QB when he continually misses Ryan wide open and is regressing every snap till he turned back into the high school kid he was years ago?

Also doesn't help when he finally does throw one right the refs ignore blanta DPIs and holding calls.

That makes Coach Saban weak too. Have you ever led anything?

If DeBoer was a true leader, he would bench Milroe and turn the page to 2025. This season is not going to result in a playoff berth. If there are any of Milroe’s buddies on the team who want to revolt because he isn’t in the starting lineup like in the USF game last year then suspend them. DeBoer has to clean and rise a festering wound. He made a critical error by not having an open quarterback competition in the spring. Milroe is not a fit for this new offense (and no college offense for that matter).

Lord, I hate that phrase.

It ain't your old high school team, people.

What you see is what you get with Milroe, but the people who have seen the other alternatives take reps are staking their jobs on their belief that there ain't nobody else on that roster better right now.

Whats crazy is if Milroe left and went to a school on our schedule he'd have us for breakfast. He'd play a GA level type game.
