Why can't we ever seem to hire a DB coach worth a damn?

We've had three different CB coaches since Ainsley was hired away by the NFL and there's been major issues with our cornerbacks giving up big plays and committing untimely penalties every single year. And fire Charles Kelly please. Four years and our safeties have shown no improvement over that time period.

I mean, even if we did our DC doesn’t call plays, scheme or adjust to get them in a position where safeties won’t get blown by.
