Who to watch in all of this.

Chris Low broke the story of Saban retiring. He had the connections no one else had. Or, for whatever reason, Saban and Byrne wanted him to be the first. My guess is that Low will break the news on the replacement. Others may guess and come up with the right name, but it will just be a guess. Look for the first mention citing sources to come from Low. Just my .02.

We'll know by end of day tomorrow. My guess is that we won't know until someone is actually seen on campus. Think of the Oats hire, that's how Byrne operates. The media won't really know until a few moments after Byrne wants them to know.
