I didn’t say that they would be good, only better. That only requires better than 7-6 and 5-7. That’s not a very high bar, especially for LSU.

Last year, Auburn was 5-7 but they were 5-6 plays from being 10-2.
And they were in this position despite having a head coach who was framing his game weeks around his golf outings not game day.
