So to sum up someone on the coaching staff is leaking to the athletic that this was Saban’s gameplan not Golding?

Is Aaron Suttles a reliable source now? When did that happen?

It would be nice to be able to read the article. Teased with first few lines and then it goes to something they want you to sign up for. Ugh

I don’t know if he is or if he isn’t but it wouldn’t be the first time coaches have leaked scuttlebutt at Bama and it turned out to be true.

The Clemson game coaching debacle, Lane Kiffin playoff train wreck, Daboll for Tua, etc.

Bottom line, everyone with eyes knows someone f’d up uncharacteristically bad last Saturday. That it was allowed to happen and that no major adjustments took place at the same time we are dead last nationally in penalties is something people are going to speculate at.

Seems like BAMA recovered from all of these? Unless you think the 2017 and 2020 CFP Championship teams deserve an asterisk?

What’s fricked up is that the 24 hour rule appears to have bit the dust hard. That’s what’s fricked up.

I stated that there have been previous situations rumored behind the scenes that were later proven to be true.

That we won later has nothing to do with the article that was posted or my post.

I wouldn't say they were hung out to dry.. Some of those big plays we were in a zone defense, these bone heads just need to learn the scheme.. Also Hooker had all day to throw every time he dropped back, putting no pressure on the QB you put so much pressure on the secondary..

Yea it doesn’t matter how many you drop in coverage, if you got that much time like he had, WRs will get open . However , they should not get beat deep like we did

In his call in show, Saban implied that certain players got tight, and as a result didn't use proper techniques. Was he speaking about not following assignments (busts), or about not using proper leverage, etc.? There must have been something of that nature that happened, he also mentioned something similar earlier in the week.

Lane Kiffin and Steve Sarkisian do it both for and against Alabama. If there’s a weakness, gifted offensive minds will find it and exploit it.

This is what worries me about the Ole Miss game. Lane has been scheming and planning for the game with us. He is one of the best offensive minds in the country and he will exploit our D. The UT game will help with that.

Most of the teams we play against realize the playoffs are a goal but realistically may be a reach but you can bet they will bring their A game for UA.

I agree. The last two Tennessee plays with 15 seconds left, we rushed 3 and dropped 8 in coverage. They got close to 50 yards in two plays.

Saban is the GOAT , no denying that, but he needs to be quiet about playing tight, blowing assignments etc. just say we , as a team , coaches included fricked up
