Guy throws for 375 yards and runs for over 100 against the a top 3 team and the response is "Durrr, they barely won though! Durrr".
Guy accounts for 3 passing Tds and 2 rushing TDs (only guy in Alabama history to ever do that) and the response is "Durrr, but the other team's QB getting hurt is what made him play well. Durr"

You're right, Milroe (over his two years) had some very good games. The problem is he also had some horrendous games at the worst times which takes a lot of shine off of the good games anyone can point to. IMO, when you look at his Bama career in totality and try to "net it out" to a final determination, the absolute best grade I could give him is a C+. He was just too inconsistent at the wrong times to give him anything above a C, IMO.

Oh, I'm not saying I'd give Milroe anything over a B- at the very best overall, but I'm just pointing out that some people won't give Milroe credit for the games he played well in. UGAx2, LSUx2, Wisconsin, and a few others were legit good performances.
The problem is he had multiple games that were pretty much the sole reason the team lost. You could take the worst game from any Bama QB in the previous decade and we would still have some multiple times this year. Bad Jake Coker beats UM, Tennessee, and Oklahoma.
