Thanks for making my point for me. If the offense had done their job in the second half of those games we wouldn't have needed "game winning drives" at the last minute.

Actually you made my point. You guys expect perfection and for us to beat this very good teams 55-0. It's borderline insane.

A great offense is one that makes the plays you need to make to win games and even with a key OL sabotaging multiple drives and other individual mistakes we are one of the most efficient offenses in the country.

Tbf to Sheridan he was limited in what he could call because of his QBs limitations. If he had Ty as his QB he would have looked a lot better

This is nonsense. It's like saying Grubb is limited because he can't call Milroe like plays.

Our head coach begged Grubb to come back because he knew Sheridan wasn't cutting it. He can work as a QB coach but not as your main gameplanner and adjustments guy.

Y star, why are you always arguing? I know you have haters here but in every thread you post in you have to argue with someone. Why can’t you just post a statement and let it be?

Wow what a strawman. Nowhere in anything I said did it state I think we should be blowing teams out. I stated, correctly, that when our offense gets the ball in the second half with a chance to stretch the lead to more than one score they've mostly been unable to do it. Our super efficient offense is tied for 55th in the country in 3rd quarter scoring with whopping 6 points average.

Ability to control time of possession allowing our defense to not be on the field for too long.

Well that is because individual errors and not due to the coaching, gameplan and the adjustments that are being made.
