Bama's anchor on the 4x400 must not have been 100%. He looked pained from the get go. Everyone else looked smooth on the back stretch and he was gritting his teeth.

Yeah they were definitely off. They had run 2:59.xx earlier in the year and ran 3:03.xx that night. If they run close to their season best Bama probably gets 1st or 2nd and those 10 or 8 points would have won us the championship. I hate it for them. In track you get one chance. You mess up it’s over, no chance for another “possession” to make a comeback.

The last Alabama swimmer to make the US Olympic squad was someone doing it as a triathlete She did come home with the bronze 20 years ago.

Rhyan White did make semis in the 100 back today. She finished 6th in the prelims. Should point out she's been training with nc state and not us.

That's an incredible swim. Unless he drops time, it probably is going in the books as our best swim this summer.

They're pretty good at guesstimating when each heat will run, 8:07 central is the slated time to tune in.

2021 Margo runoff Matt King just finished 6th in the 100 free. Has a reasonable shot at making the team as a 400 relay alternate.
