I understand what you're saying, but I can easily see a situation where the next NBA collective bargaining agreement looks something like MLB's where you either sign right out of high school or have to wait 2-3 years before being eligible for the draft.

Not trying to get this discussion started again, just responding to a post.
You were pushing the NBA narrative that they were gonna be better at developing players than college is, how are they gonna do that when college has coaches like Coach, K , Tom Izzo, and the best the G league can get to coach Jalen Green's team is a guy who got let go by Memphis as an assistant last year and is currently out of coaching?
The G league will never be as good as developing players because they pay their head coaches under 50,000 and that's not gonna attract any top coaches. Even if they paid a million no top coach is gonna choose the G league over College or the NBA.
Look at the difference in how Nate Oats developed our players as opposed to Avery Johnson, top coaches are what develop player's the best, and college basketball has then, the G league does not.

He is the best coach the G league can get apparently. Other G league coaches have a worse resume than he does. Charlie Henry, a low level assistant on our staff was a G league head coach two years ago.
G league can't develop players better than college because college has great coaches, the G league has guys they find working at Dennys and hire them for 35,000 dollars to coach a G league team.

This is simply not true. I stated that the NBA believes they can/will be better at developing players. I'm not sure if this venture will be successful or not, but I can understand why they would think that way. They are a billion dollar company at the absolute highest level in their industry. It makes sense to me that they would think they are better equipped at developing guys to play in their league when they will have complete control over how that takes place.

Bouncy wing with SERIOUS upside is extremely undervalued nationally.
