We have to bring in another post so hopefully they’re recruiting other bigs in case Bruner decides on going elsewhere.

I hope so. Otherwise us bringing in all these nice guards ain’t gonna mean shite.

You don't think adding 6 more players who are over 6'6 that we didn't have last year will help with rebounding? Rojas, Ambrose and Miles are 6'8 or close to it.

Rojas would be a huge improvement on defense at the 5, he would be a big improvement offensively too.

It definitely will, but adding Bruner to that roster gives us the piece that can really put us over the top and turn us into a serious problem for the rest of the conference.

Of course that comes with the caveat that we have to have better luck this year with injuries. If we add all those players to the roster and stay relatively healthy, this could be our best team in years.

Don’t expect Singleton to commit to Alabama. Bama decided to go a different direction

Still gonna sign another guard do you think, or are they signing Miles instead of Singleton?

I never wanted Singleton to begin with. We run an offense that spreads the floor & shoots, why would we add a guy with no jumper?

I agree with that but even if we don't get Bruner or another big we are adding a lot of size and depth we didnt have last year that will help a lot.

They were going to sign both regardless. Might go after another transfer

I liked that he could be a good backup PG.

I thought he was a great passer and decision maker and finished well at the rim. Which would have been good enough to be backup PG.

Maybe this means Petty is coming back and we backed off or maybe NMSU offered him to be a starter

If it's either that or because they think they have a good shot at someone like Nolley that would be awesome.

NMSU just got Jalen Harris who is the grad transfer PG from Arkansas, so Singleton likely won't be the starting PG there this season either. We must have backed off of him for some reason or another. Hopefully it's because the staff has a good shot at someone better.

Interesting. He was the least exciting guy we were thinking we might sign, so i'm not mad. Hope we get some details on who else we are looking at.

He was all Bama so something must have happened on our end

Would be awesome if Petty told Oats he was for sure coming back.

He hasn't mentioned us as being one of the teams recruiting him for a while now. Seems like a UCLA lock to me. I'd be very surprised of we got him.

Last I heard he was pretty much down to UCLA, Arizona, Texas, Oregon, and Syracuse. Most expect him to stay out west.

Back to back CB's for Saquan to New Mexico.

Safe to say that's all but official.
