So it would come down to ISAIAH choosing to playing for an up and coming 'genius' coach or play for a Blue Blood program with great tradition and all the perks that go with it. Interesting choice.

Also one more thing that article mentioned was the Jackson family sees the Big 10 as more of a slow grind it out type league and the SEC as a faster paced one that fits his style better. But Michigan is telling him they’ll play fast. The Michigan guys said that’s where Bama has an advantage bc all Oats has to do is throw on some Buffalo tape for proof he plays fast. Juwan Howard has nothing to show at the college level

I wish we would hear about Quinerly one way or the other already.

Same. I’ve been seeing almost every player so far granted a waiver so I’m hoping JQ will get one. I bet with our luck he won’t tho

As soon as I posted this, a DePaul player received a waiver to play. CMON NCAA! GIVE JQ THE WAIVER!

Jake Weingarten covers college basketball recruiting and he said that Alabama is the leader for Jackson and Nimari in his opinion

Good chance with that happening. Nimari’s recruitment is more wide open then people think, as in between his four finalists it’s more open then people think. With Jackson, Bama is atop for me right now. Oats working real hard on both.

So Kansas had Snoop Dogg, stripper pole dancing, and shooting cash at their players last night, this must be Bill Self's last year.

Someone said “Prove them wrong” and JQ responded:

We kinda need JQ this year IMO if the team is expected to make the NCAAT. You have to go into this year with the expectation that Bolden will likely get injured at some point based on his history. Not sure he'll be productive scoring wise, but to have an extra ball handler that can dribble and kick it out to the perimeter for Oats' offense is huge.

Yeah I’ve lowered my expectations a little after the 2 injuries. Plus Hawkins apparently can’t even hit a layup (according to a convo between Shack and Nimari on IG Live) so I don’t expect him to contribute much either. I just wanna make the tourney this year and maybe win a game. Next year we could add two 5-stars and return most of our team including Rojas, Gary, and JQ

No idea why you got a downvote.
If we could just gave a solid rim protector and not get bullied on the boards, then we should be fine.
I hate to say that I expect a tournament bid this year based on our recent history, injuries and being CNO's first year. That said - this squad on paper is a NCAAT team and under a better HC would have made it last year. By all accounts they've bought into the system and the conditioning is better. We'll see if that translates to more wins.

I fully expect them to make the tourney, I’m just lowering my expectations a little so that I’m not disappointed if the injuries/potential injuries hold us back a little. I think we’re a 20+ win, NCAAT team tho

Not too bad actually.
At one point Snoop was walking around with a money gun spraying it into the crowd.
I told my friend you guys are gonna get hammered by the Nzaa. He just laughed and said bring it on.
(The pics were pulled from vids so the quality is meh)

We have a scrimmage against Jacksonville St on 10/20 apparently as well as the scrimmage with GT.
