Time to tinker my projections...

Starters:

1. Kira (~30 mpg)
2. Petty (25-30 mpg)
3. Herb (25-30 mpg)
4. Rojas (20-25 mpg)
5. Reese (20-25 mpg)

25+ minutes:

6. Bolden (backup 1/2)

18-23 minutes:

7. Gary (backup 3/4)

12-17 minutes:

8. Shackelford (Backup 2/1)

10-15 minutes:

9. Hawkins (backup 5)

Plays some nights, not on others:

10. Smith (backup 5)

Plays sparingly or not at all

12. Forbes
13. Fleming-Davis

I actually think Mack is a decent hit unless Gary is ready to come in right away. Gary definitely looks like the beneficiary of Mack’s departure.

Or possibly he’s not a great fit in Oats system. Who knows? Oats got his guy in Rojas. He knows it’s a bad look that we missed on the best recruit in the state in several cycles. No need to draw further attention to the miss by trying to say Rojas makes up for it. That’s a tough sale. Just quietly move on and let’s get ready to kick some arse.

You definitely won't hear me saying that. It's not the end the world, and I don't think anyone was expecting him to come here by the way it has looked for quite a while, but it would have been nice if he'd committed. That said, it would have just been a surprise bonus. I like the roster pretty well for a first year situation.

I think Forbes and Shackleford are gonna having bigger roles than that. Both are probably the 2 Of the better shooters on the team.

He ended the season on a tear. I’ll be intrigued to see how he progresses in year 2.

He'll have high quality instruction this year, that's for sure.

I'd pump the brakes on that. We have been saying [insert freshman/new transfer] is going to be our best shooter for years now and as soon as a once decent shooter starts playing his games in an Alabama jersey he starts to lay enough bricks to build a house.

Imma guess...

Starters:

Kira
Beetle
Petty
Mack
Reese

Significant Bench:

Shackleford
Forbes
Rojas
Hawkins
Herb

Doesnt play much:
Galin
Javian

Redshirt:
Gary

Its tough. Also gotta factor in if we get Quinerly( I think we have a really good chance) Does he get a waiver?

Also I know everyone here loves Herb but I dont see how he plays if he doesnt improve offensively.

Reese will lead the team in 3s. He can't hit shite writhing 15 feet though within 15 feet he has zero touch. It's like a damn line drive

It is a very flat shot. I had the same shot when I played HS ball and had no arch....and I can say from experience I dont think its fixable.

Yeah,Gerald Wallace played at one of my HS rival schools and he cooked my arse. I only guarded him a few times but it wasnt pretty.

Yea, Childersburg. I dated a girl that was pretty good friends with him. He hated Gottfried.

My basketball weakness was that I couldn't go to my left worth a damn.

Damn, looks like Oats knew Watford wasn’t coming. Rojas tweeted that he signed LAST Tuesday.
