3 years before we cast judgement? Have you seen the terrible performances we’ve had this year? Do you realize who we just lost to the past couple of weeks at home when a team should be playing their best?

Oats has a lot of self evaluation to do this summer.

Nope. Scoring points is fun, don’t get me wrong. But being awful on defense and showing the inability to close out each half isn’t a winning strategy and It’s been a problem for 30 games.

1st year in a new offense. An offense that requires someone to make tough shots in crunch time. WE DONT HAVE A CLUTCH PLAYER TO MAKE THOSE SHOTS!! Oats team needs guys that can make plays on their own. Kira is the only one on the roster that can do that.
And this roster just doesn’t have good individual defenders except Herb and Petty. He has got to recruit them.

He gets paid a lot of money to make tough roster decisions. He swung and missed with essentially all of our top 2020 targets so he better land Primo and hopefully have something in the works for grad transfers. It’s not a long term program sustaining strategy to take multiple grad teenagers but it’s a nice stop gap to try and get better quickly.
