Listened to Cecil & Hunter on the Bama Beat b-ball podcast today. Hunter sat 5 rows behind the USCe bench & had an asst coach named Bruce wanting to fight him after the game sounds like

What's the latest on John? Can we get him back by the SEC tournament?

Getting him back for Missouri would be huge.

Gotcha, I missed that somehow. Today was the first I’d heard about it. I’ll go back and find the previous posts about it for further details.

I can really see Petty getting a few minutes tomorrow night just to shake the rust off. I'd say maybe a 65% chance.

I would have him dressed but see how the game unfolds. If it looks like we are handling them then I wouldn’t risk it and just sit him out. If we are struggling then I throw him out there

I wanna do a little blind resume right here. If expected results happen both teams would finish 18-13.

Team A:
Record 18-13(9-9)
NET: Unknown probably around 30
SOS: 89
NCSOS: 176
Q1 Wins: 3
Q2 Wins: 4
Games against Q4:8
Road wins: 3

Team B:
Record 18-13(10-8)
NET: Unknown around 40
SOS: 17
NCSOS:45
Q1 wins: 2
Q2 wins: 8
Games against Q4: 3
Road Wins: 5

Team A is safely in as an 8 seed according to Lunardi. Team B isn’t even in his next 4 out.

HOW THE frick DOES THAT HAPPEN?

I'm guessing team A is in the big 10 which is a very overrated conference this year imo.

ETA: Nvm I see it's TT. They probably get some benefit of the doubt based on their recent track record.

That is horse excrement if Team A is safe and Team B is out.
