The record may not show it but this team is getting better each and every game, Oats has these guys believing and playing hard.

We need to do everything we can to secure Oats for a long time. I really believe he’s going to have us as a tournament regular

At Saban’s introductory press conference, he said that he”wants teams to hate playing us”. I have a feeling we are heading that direction with basketball

Kind of weak tweet IMO. The refs let both sides play, we didn’t make shots and they did. That was the difference

It’s fricking frustrating that our guys play so hard but can’t get 1 bounce or break to fall our way.

They played hard. Shots weren't falling. Could have went a different way of so. Need Oats to keep these guys getting better

While I do think Oats will end up being a really solid hire for us, if someone got bored and wanted to search extremely old threads, the same shite was said in year one posts for Avery and Grant.

Everything went wrong - we shot bad, Kentucky shot well. We played our arse off, stayed within 10 most of the game, got it to 3 with 90 seconds left, Kentucky hit a dagger 3.

I did not understand why we kept attacking them in the paint with multiple drives that resulted in blocked shots and wild shots at the basket. We did get some dishes to the big men. It seemed like from the start our MO changed in this game.
