I didn't watch a single minute of a single game. Probably won't watch any of the rest of them either.

Ding, ding ding, we have a winner. Only difference between you and I is the "probably" part. Once the majority of collegiate sports fans finally realize that these players now are nothing but a bunch of spoiled mercenaries wearing their favorite uniform, they will join us. Then what?

Spoiled mercenaries?

So now they're just like the ADs, coaching staff, broadcast networks. Life will go on

Yep, it's going on for all of us. Some just choose to follow different pursuits. My interest here is watching collegiate sports fans slowly come to the same realization as I have. Life and happiness doesn't have to revolve around CFB of anything beyond our control.

Your interest in a college sports forum is only to coax people to agree with you that college sports isn't worth watching?

Sounds dumb. I mean, I don't lurk the Daily Kos and post there to see if those libtards will finally see the light and agree with me, but do you bro.

Bama Vs Penn State would have been 10M plus.

Where did I say anything about coaxing? Most will reach that conclusion on their own, given time.

You are just realizing this?

It's entertainment. It isn't bondage and no one is forcing you to watch it, support it, hate it, finance it, etc.

CFB is going pro ball forumula. Pro sports have been expanding playoffs to keep rantings up and make more money. Most pro sports the top -40% of teams make the playoffs.

In both the NHL and NBA, the majority of teams make the "playoffs"

Can't compare ratings when it's TNT vs a major network showing a game.

No idea how TNT got to show college football playoff games. Seems weird. TruTV showing the semis?
