Said straight up, Tua will win the Heisman in 2018. Dilfer loves him some Tua.

He won't win the heisman next year because I doubt he will have enough pass attempts to throw for more 3000 yds. The running backs may be better candidates.

I love Tua, but Dilfer is full of shite and hyperbole. This is the same guy who claims he taught Tua how to run the play that won the NC game. The same play Tua's high school coach said was his favorite, and that they run every day in practice at Bama. He just wants the attention he gets for saying this stuff.

Yeah, he was pumping Sean White sunshine by the gallons a few years ago too.

Tua should be very good and may end up winning it, but Dilfer’s public opinion on the matter is less than worthless because of his endless string of failed predictions.

It would have to be a pass heavy offense or a guy like Lamar Jackson which Tua is not. I would love to win the Heisman, but a NC is better

He would need to limit the turnovers and hope for few strong candidates like the year AJ was a finalist.

Coach Bryant........."At Alabama our players do not win Heisman Trophies, our teams win national championships." -- After being asked if he was dissappointed that an Alabama player had never won the Heisman Trophy while he was the coach.

Coach Saban......."Hold my Beer, Coach"

He didn't say that. He said he taught him how to throw to the single WR against cover 2. Which could be true.

Remember, even Lane Kiffin said QBs are taught to NEVER throw the to the single WR on that play against cover 2.
