We are committing some absolutely MISERABLE turnovers. It's frustrating when I know we can play much better than this.

We had no energy in the 2nd half. Coleman and Norris disappear and turn the ball over too much during stretches

Both Oregon and Ole Miss have beaten us by 16 in the second half. Something has to change.

Hate to single out any one individual, but Norris was atrocious. He gave us nothing. Defensive liability and then half-asses the block out on Moody at the end. He was out of place from an athleticism standpoint on this night.

I like the direction we are headed, but we are going to need some guys to step up big to replace Retin and Edwards next year.

It will, but mostly next year.

We're really limited in quality depth right now. Losing Ingram was huge.

I guess we need to start losing at half so I won't have to melt after the game

Frustrating loss for sure.

This team could easily be 11-2 (1-0).

And next years team should have much more talent overall.

As fans we just need to stay patient and believe in Avery's process. Mostly good things are happening with the program and it will continue to improve as long as Avery is leading the way.

@ Ole Miss
Kentucky
South Carolina
@ Vanderbilt

Absolutely brutal start to the conference slate. We have to find a way to be 2-2 after these four games. Kentucky is Kentucky, USCe is undefeated and we always struggle @ Vandy.

It's going to be awesome when we hand USCe their first loss though.

Jimmie Taylor and Donta Hall combined for 9 fouls and 4 rebounds in 24 minutes last night.

Sebastian Saiz though.

Dude balled out last night.

21 points and 16 rebounds.

Kind of reminded me of a more offensively polished Joakim Noah in his college days.

And we had 18 free throw attempts, 19 turnovers and 24 personal fouls.

Hale needs to get his minutes back from Riley too. It was pretty obvious that Hale was never really into any kind of rhythm last night with the limited minutes. We need his offense badly.

18 FTA as a team.

Stefan Moody had 16 by himself.

I just don't understand why the players intend to just stand there after the ball bounces off the rim. They dont even attempt to go up and get the rebound. Idk how many 2nd chance points Ole Mos got, but it was easy for them to just go up and tap it in. Kentucky thrives on that too and they will eat Bama up inside.

Edwards was also pretty quiet in the 2nd half. No open looks, no kick outs to the key, and hardly any attempts.

Just another Bama Basketball game. Good lead at half just vanished away.

Disappointing, but hard to complain about a team who was picked 13th in the SEC, down one of their best players, competing with a top SEC team in front of a capacity Ole Miss crowd. Blowing leads always sucks, but how it played out in that 2nd half is what I would've expected in both halfs in the preseason.

Would've never imagined that we were NCAAT hopefuls this far into the season.

When we have Riley and Coleman on the court we have two liabilities.

At least Coleman can shoot the three. Norris is dribbles the ball and shoots as bad as Carl Engstrom
