How about playing the games in Birmingham while the students are on break? Not a lot of people show up for those games in Tuscaloosa

I agree I think that's a good idea. I went to both the Winthrop and Oregon game (both were during winter break). The atmosphere at the Winthrop game was honestly pretty damn sad.
Oregon game though was bumpin. It wasn't sold out but the BJCC got pretty loud. Especially after some Coleman 3's.I saw a lot of students at the Oregon game as well. I came away impressed everything went well (except for the ridiculous lines...why were half of the concessions closed??)
Of course a game against Oregon and Winthrop aren't exactly equal but I think it would be really smart to play a game or two in Birmingham every winter break.

That's good news. Would like for him to get some more action before SEC play and get into rhythm.
I think CAJ has adjusted his offense a bit. I think he knows he can't really run the fast break offense with these guys and is playing a more half court offense suited for them. You'll often see the shot clock is under 10 when they decide to shoot. Occasionally they will push it up court faster and take early shots when they have good looks, but I don't think we've fully seen the offense CAJ wants to do yet.

I hope he gets to play some but Johnson may want him to practice more than one day before letting him play. He just really needs to get game action before ole miss.
