-Can't shoot threes
-Always ineffective against zones
-Cant create vs man
-turn the ball over vs both

This offense will not get bama to post season, not a chance.

How is it not very obvious, run fast break offense the entire game. Force the action, run run run. Since he likes to sub often... get ultra aggressive on D also...40 minutes of hell.

but I wouldn't say he's our best player. Not by a long shot.

Maybe except for Key, this group is all pretty average so he isn't far from being the best.

I like Avery and think he'll do well for us in time but hiring the AAU guy out of TX set him back a year. It doesn't matter how well you coach, you still need to surround yourself with a solid staff. We have that now.

Our guard/wing play has been terrible. We just can't seem to find a combination that works. Ingram almost has to play the whole game since he's the only athlete with any length. I never thought I'd say this 4 weeks ago but we miss King. Honestly until he gets better I'd like to see more Austin. He's strong plus he can run and jump. We are so weak at the 2!

We have to get the ball to the post on the post. I hope I never see Jimmie Taylor with the ball at the top of the key unless he got a rebound.

I wish the college game would replicate the pro game as much as possible. It would prepare the players better and speed up the game. Today's game was incredibly boring.

Bright side: we only lost by 1 point in the 2nd half.

Really though, I guess we just aren't very good. I'll enjoy watching our young guys develop this year, but it doesn't look like there's much more to look forward to this year.

Armond is completely MIA and Hale needs to be on the bench. He had like one shot and turned the ball over in the little amount of time he played

He posted this shortly after the game. Wonder if he's mad at not getting playing time or something

That's all we need is for one of the players to start acting like a little bitch.

It could mean anything, but he tweeted it shortly after the game and he's one that doesn't play a lot (bc he can't shoot) so who knows

Also, he hardly ever tweets anything at all, so this was kind of out of nowhere and weird

I really hope the fans still stick through and support the team this year. It's not a good look to recruits when you don't show up and support a coach in his second year. As bad as this year will (possibly) be, still going to go to most of the home games and scream my face off.

I'm not watching this garbage basketball. I think Avery has the program heading in the right direction, but that doesn't mean I want to suffer through another year of this. I hope next year is better. Next year we should be beat at least 1 or 2 of the types of teams we've lost to so far for me to consider us moving in the right direction.

It was bad, no doubt. I can't believe I drove that far to see it.

and this > Attendance 11,147

I don't think so. Maybe 4000 in attendance? maybe.

Best part was when they announced 25 gift cards under 'your select seat'. I bet 2 were found. haha

The rotation part makes no sense to me. Playing that many folks when you are struggling is a disaster.

with that being said my time is valuable to me on how I spend it for entertainment. I dont plan on spending a lot of time watching Bama BB until they put a good product on the floor.

To be honest, unless we have a big turn around, I think this year is a scratch.

We have two kids coming in with so much promise, I honestly see one of them leaving for the draft after a year. If next year is a bust the hot seat can begin to warm up.

The good news is that the next four games are easier. Maybe if we can get some momentum going into conference play, we can at least put together a respectable season.

In Grant's second (maybe third) year we were terrible OOC, then won the SEC west and made the NIT final. I know we should be aiming for the tournament, but if we could finish this season out similar to that I'd be very happy.
