Thanks for all your hard work. BTW I listened to the radio call and it was a solo announcer who did a good job. Calls of previous games included a sidekick and the mindless chatter between the two made it almost impossible to follow the game. I gave that feedback to the radio station and recommended the solo announcer for future games.

The second guy had to call the womens basketball game today. That’s why there was only one.

Thanks for the info. I just hope the station realizes what an improvement the solo announcer is versus the two-man clown show.

Not a 100% sure, but I don't think Alabama has trailed at all so far through 15 games.

How far/close is the gap between us at #2 and Oklahoma at #1?

Remains to be seen. However, with Fouts pitching I like Bama chance against anybody.

Bama trailed in the first inning against Nicholls, but tied it up in the 2nd and went ahead in the 3rd. Per the radio guy, that’s the only time so far this season.

No idea but OK has all the first place votes in the rankings. However, yesterday Tenn (#17) took OK into the 10th inning before losing 9-8. So,I think OK can be beat, just like we can.

RollTide.com: Alabama is 5-0 against ranked opponents this season, outscoring them 31-1
Late Offense Leads Alabama Softball to Run-Rule Win over Louisiana
The Crimson Tide score three in the fourth and five in the fifth to complete the run-rule shutout
After three hitless innings, second-ranked Alabama got things rolling with a three-run fourth and five-run fifth to move ahead by eight, securing its second run-rule win over No. 20 Louisiana of the weekend.
Alabama (15-0) was held hitless over the first three innings and Louisiana (10-2) put the potential go-ahead runner on third with nobody out in the bottom of the third. Megan Bloodworth fired home from second on the next at-bat to get the runner out and a strikeout-caught stealing double play in the next at-bat ended the threat. With the bases loaded in the top of the fourth, a bases-loaded walk plated the first run for the Crimson Tide and then a two-run single from Bailey Dowling made it 3-0. Alabama manufactured five more runs in the top of the fifth, capitalizing off a Ragin' Cajun fielding error before driving in four runs on a trio of singles from Kaylee Tow, Bloodworth and Dowling. Louisiana got a runner on second base in the bottom of the fifth but could not score as the Tide secured its second run-rule win against the Ragin' Cajuns.
Six of Alabama's starting nine earned a hit, including a 2-for-2 day with three RBIs from Dowling. Jenna Johnson and Tow each scored a pair of runs, with Tow also driving in two on her fifth-inning single. In the circle, Montana Fouts (6-0) earned the complete-game victory, striking out seven in her third shutout of the season.
Highlights
Alabama is 5-0 against ranked opponents this season, outscoring them 31-1
The win was the Tide's sixth run-rule of the season
Bailey Dowling went 2-for-2 for her first multi-hit game of the season along with a season-best three RBIs
