Tide Pride refund

I guess I'm an idiot but I can't figure out how to submit my refund request for my Tide Pride tickets and "donation." I followed all of the steps in the email several times with no success. I get to my account but can't figure where to go then. The deadline is Monday. Any suggestions?

Did you follow the link in the email?
At first, I just logged into my account, but couldn't figure out where to go. If you click the "Complete this form" link in the email, it takes you right where you need to go.

Yes, I hit the link and it took me to my account but obviously not to the form I needed.

That is a direct line that either Chris Besanceney, the associate AD for ticketing and Tide Pride, or Justin Gunter, the Assistant Athletics Director, Athletic Ticket Office, will answer. They are terrfic. Explain it all to them and they will take care of it promptly. They helped me with a problem and took care of it right away.

Make the phone call tomorrow.
I was trying to do the same thing you are. When it came time to enter my credit card number, I found that the 3 digit code on the back of my card had been rubbed off to the point I couldn't see it. It is required on the website, so I was stuck. I called that number, and Chris Besanceney was able to process it himself over the phone based on the info they already had.
Make the phone call. I would be extremely surprised if they can't help you.

Yes. But call the number I gave you...it's the direct line to the associate/assistant ADs.

Didn't need to call. Like I said, the link worked on Sunday and I was able to submit my form. The website could use some work.

I was embarrassed for the university - that's how bad the website was.
