The last 4 games of last season he scored 30, 29, 21, and 24 points and averaged 8 rebs a game in those games.
Vs Auburn two years ago he scored 21 and got 8 rebounds. He is a really good scorer, solid rebounder and defender.
Since KAH, Wilson, Bediako, and Tchikou are short on college experience he would be a good add for sure.

There's no way we get Gurley too right? I hope so but I'll believe it when I see it, seems like he could go to a few other places in his top 8 and get 30 minutes a game playing time, can he get that much playing time here? Maybe winning and playing style matters more to him than getting 30 minutes a game.

This worries me a little bit. I mentioned it earlier ITT and I would love to add Gurley for next year, but I would also hate to lose anyone in addition to Rojas. I know we have a great chance to be a successful team next year, but I’m not sure the Gurley addition is worth the loss of Gary, KAH, Miles, etc. We’re going to be an extremely talented team with or without Gurley, but basketball is going to be there after next season too, regardless of what happens.
Ultimately, I feel like Oats and Co. know what they’re doing and are going to put the program in the best position they can to be successful every season, but if we add another player this year, I don’t like the options it leaves us to make the scholarship numbers work.
I guess it’s similar to football in a sense, even though I hate that analogy most of the time. Some guys make it and some guys don’t. It’s a good problem to have, but I hate to see talented, young players leave before they get a chance to make an impact.

Pretty much everyone who has any sort of recruiting source (Cecil, Slater, Tipton Edits) is hinting that Gurley is ours. Room can be made for a player of his caliber.

I don't doubt that we want or would take him.
I see all the smoke too, seems like we are gonna land him. Just seems crazy he would commit here as loaded as we are. I'll friggin take it if he does though.

Kids aren't stupid and Nate has a product that sells. They (Gurley)can see it when Oats says we were a one trick pony this year: defense. If the 3's weren't falling, we had to scratch and claw our way to a win. We need a big that is a threat to score as much as he is a rim protector and glass cleaner. With a Gurley in the middle that's a threat to throw down 20 a game along with 10 boards this offense will go BRRRRR. Any added productivity from the young guys is just gravy. That would keep teams from guarding the perimeter and/or collapsing on the drive to the basket. Now all of a sudden there's an easy bucket waiting down low on the block if you try that shite. Bama will look like the team that exploded on the SEC in January. I'm approaching 4 hours, got to stop.

I am for whatever the staff wants I guess but if I am being honest, I hate to lose another player for Gurley for a year
