We would need Rojas and another to transfer to have room for both Gurley and Burnett though, right? Not sure of the math right now.

Best chance with Burnett imo. If we get Burnett my Gump levels are gonna be off the charts.

I am not really sure where Gurley fits in, he is similar to KAH and Wilson but better imo.

Basketball recruiting isn't nearly as volatile as football recruiting (it's rare for a 5* to be a bust in basketball, although it does happen), but it's still very much an inexact science. Personally I think Wilson has a higher ceiling. I like Bediako too though. However, it's entirely possible that after all this back and forth they both end up being awful while Jusaun Holt is an All American and lottery pick 2 years from now. That's just the nature of recruiting.

Yes, we are full now after the Bediako news. Need one to transfer out for every one we transfer in now.

You never know. As a prospect he's basically Herb if you sacrifice some athleticism for a good outside shot. If he becomes a more explosive leaper as he physically develops he could totally end up being an elite player.

Totally agree. I really like Holt as a prospect and think he has a bright future.

Depending on how much work he puts in...Holt could be really good next season.

I think if Bediako is as good as I think he is defensively shoot he will play a lot. Wilson's Juco team is selfish by the way because there's been numerous of times he's open but doesn't get the ball. I think they both will thrive here because year 1 shoot both can be rim runners with JD & JQ throwing oops to them! I could see either one averaging 5 pts, 5 rebs, and 2 blks a game though.

My hope for Wilson is he is a poor man’s Isaiah Jackson: lobs, blocks, and a lot of energy.

All these transfers have a free one time transfer because of covid this year and don't have to sit out right? That's the assumption I'm under just can't remember. Because if we get Burnett Thursday.... man oh MAN. And then if we process someone and get Gurley ( I really don't know who'd be asked to leave, assuming KAH?) OUUUU BABY

Bediako is gonna blow him out of the water minutes wise and statistically, so it will be easy to tell.

I hope Bediako and Wilson both do well for real and like both. I have just been mainly messing around today, but I really didnt anticipate the onslaught or negativity towards Bediako when he committed and this is the first I have heard about everyone thinking Wilson was gonna be first team SEC next year, I wasn't aware of that either.

I must’ve missed the negativity. Only maybe Mistaken thinks this was a bad pickup. Seems like everyone but you just expects it’ll take him time to acclimate and don’t expect some significant impact stats wise next year, especially offensively.

A few people in here have said things like they aren't high on Bediako today.
