Is Lsu gonna double the offer this time lol? My bet is he ends up atvUCLA. Kinda surprised he hasnt heard from UCheat since they were in his final 5. I tend to think schools are staying away due to fact WW recruited him.

Sources: The NIT semis and finals will not be held in Madison Square Garden in 2023 and 2024, ending a run there that began in 1938. The next two years are out for bid, with destinations ranging from historic venues like Hinkle FieldHouse to more resort destinations like Vegas.

By the way….. I haven’t been around as much because of work, but I truly thought Auburn or Tennessee was going to win the tournament. I had already come to the conclusion that I couldn’t ever watch basketball again
I was resigned to becoming a FOG. Thank goodness I was wrong

Im confident that the basketball gods like us enough to where they wont let the barn reach another FF before we reach our first . UCheat is like us in one respect that they have very good tradition and never have gotten there either. It just sucks that 2 craphole programs like the barn and Moo State got to one before us. I can die happy if we can at least get 1 final 4 because ive lived to see 7 football NCs. Ive always loved our basketball program and felt we ve been a sleeping giant with the right coach and financial backing. I truly believe wimp would have gotten us there had he not slipped up .

Also it was mentioned the brazielle kid from mizzou is in the portal , and i think pickett is also. Id think pickett would be a good guard option but dont know his advanced metrics. Def would take brazielle and hopefully we ve targeted him. He and /or Funk would be good adds, but i know we need a good shooting combo guard or point guard.

Statistically it's the shot you want to avoid, especially when you're struggling to rebound some games
I just hope he runs those guys to the ground when it comes to FT's this year. The 3P% was bad enough, but we left so many easy points on the board

We were actually really good at FTs except for the Vandy and Notre Dame games

I was wondering the same thing!

Mason Archambault from South Dakota is an interesting kid in the portal (same school that Umude for Arkansas came from last year) as an offensive specialist bench player, especially if he has an ability to be a 3rd PG as well.
Mason Archambault (Guard, 6-0) (South Dakota) (vs Top 150 teams)
- 114.5 offensive rating
- 54.4 eFG%
- 2.0 Assist to Turnover Ratio
- 91% FT (93% total on the year - 126/136 - #2 nationally)
- 48% 3PT% (14/29) (41% total for the year - 55/134, 42% the year before)
In his college career he is 140/151 at the free throw line (93%) and 75/182 from 3PT (41%).

Kentucky forward Dontaie Allen will enter the transfer portal
Kentucky sophomore and Bluegrass native Dontaie Allen, will entered the transfer portal, he announced.
The 6-foot-6 forward out of Falmouth (Ky.) averaged 2.2 points, 1.2 rebounds and 0.3 assists this season after posting 5.4 points a game his freshman season, connecting on nearly 40-percent of his shots from three.
Allen was a Top-100, four-star recruit coming out of high school, ranking as the No. 99 overall prospect in the 2019 class.
Given the extra year of eligibility due to covid and the new transfer policies, Allen will be immediately eligible and still have three years to play.
Allen scored a career high 23-points in the SEC Tournament of his freshman season against Mississippi State.
Allen saw his role decline this season to just 6.4 minutes a game and will be looking for a bigger role elsewhere.

No idea if we will reach out, but he’s an interesting candidate. Not sure what the metrics say on him though.

I feel like we would’ve reached out by now if we were going to, but idk.
