Unless Rojas does in fact count against the scholarship limit I think we'd have 13 exactly if both of them come back.

That's what I thought too, but after seeing that I don't know.

Either Rojas counts or Tsoukalas doesn't know what he's talking about. Feels like those are the only two options unless i'm missing something.

If he's gone, he would've announced by now.

Nah, that's not necessarily true at all.

Stay or Go: 10 NBA Draft decisions that could impact the 2021-22 college season

One of the most interesting players on this list, Alabama freshman Josh Primo looks like he may be leaning towards the draft.

At 6-foot-6 he has a lot of upside as a deep jump shooter and he doesn’t turn 19 until December. This isn’t to say that the NBA is scouting birth certificates, but it is no secret how much age plays into the equation when the league is projecting future value.

During the early- to even mid-part of his first season in Tuscaloosa, the Canadian looked like he was almost a lock to return to school. Now, as the draft gets closer and closer some NBA sources have indicated to 247Sports that Primo has a very good chance of being taken in the first round.

If he gets that assurance, he won’t be back. If he doesn’t, he may not be back either. But, there is no doubting that a second year of Primo would be a very good thing for Nate Oats and the Crimson Tide.

I hate it, but I agree with you. I think NBA teams are willing to take a chance with him. I would strongly urge him to come back for one more year, but I believe he’s going to go pro

Well unless Primo goes to Charlotte and Jordan decides to come out of retirement for a year to psychologically abuse him to the point of a mental breakdown, I think he's safe from Kwame Brown's fate.

Kobe and McGrady were both younger when they were drafted than Primo will be on draft night. Age doesn't really tell the whole story on how a player will pan out obviously. But the NBA is definitely trending younger and Primo's game fits almost perfectly in today's style of play which is why I think he'll go first round.

I do think he would have an excellent shot at going lottery next year if he came back, but it's hard to turn down a guaranteed seven figure deal before you're 19.

Absolutely crazy potential for this kid, especially in our system. I think he has a shot at turning into a first round pick by the time he leaves as well.

Nbadraft.net, which ive always felt was the best, ranks Herb as the 57th best prospect, Petty is #76, and Primo isn’t in the top 100.

Since you said this, I went from 95% sure that he was gone, to 100%

Go look at the names on the mock Drafts, even in Round 2. Other teams have great players too, and young prospects too. Primo is coming back, he didn’t do anything this season that warrants an nba draft pick.

And FYI, Kira Lewis expects Primo to be back with Bama next season.
