It's not funny but our guys got to some how move forward from losing a close friend/teammate in Darius and dealing with the situation overall.

I fully anticipate this derailing what had the potential to be an all time great season for us. If they were all friends with Miles which it seemed like they were, I’m not sure how you refocus on basketball.

While not the most important thing right now, I dont think it will derail the season. He hadnt been with the team for a while and had just rejoined them. Its not like he was a starter that played 30 minutes a game.

Hugely concerning that there were a handful of other guys at this party. Oats really needs to drill home decision making. Just being there when the trigger was pulled could have easily gotten someone accessory charge.

From my understanding...the situation didn't happen at the party.
This is what teenagers do though so you not really going to be able to stop that if they want to do it.
We all went to parties too so I hate that a young life was taken but our guys will learn from this without Coach Oats saying anything because it's a crazy situation involving somebody who they're familiar with.
