Every week is it's own individual occurrence. I think as someone else has mentioned that with NIL and roster rules, like in the NFL everyone is thin or vulnerable at one position group or another and there are teams out there, regardless of record, that can be your kryptonite.

We may look at UT and Oklahoma and say they look beatable, but so does Florida State and they had something dialed up that made us look awful.

"Any given Sunday" is trickling down to "any given Saturday".

Good thing is their defense is a pile of garbage

This is mostly true. One thing they do well though is get pressure on the QB. Another week where if our offensive line can protect Ty we should be fine offensively. If they struggle to protect him though Tennessee’s high variance defense could present a problem.

The SEC is like the NFL now where the 27-24, 24-21, late cover 30-14 wins we've put up are essentially the norm. There haven't many true blowout wins in conference games this year

There was a stat provided by "SEC NOW" about how the margin of victory in the SEC had dropped by double digits since the NIL/Transfer portal. As you stated, there simply aren't anymore true "blowouts" anymore. Teams are winning by ten points or less on a weekly basis. That is a huge drop from just a few years ago.
