How many seniors do y’all think we have come back for the free Covid year to improve their draft stock? I could see Dalcourt, Ekiyor, Randolph, Latu and Hellums all consider using it to get one more year to either get a better chance of being drafted or to get one more free year of school to work on a masters.

Randolph used his covid year this year. He is from the legendary 2017 class and this was his 6th year at Alabama.
Ekiyor,Latu and Hellums are in the Senior Bowl, indicating that they are going pro.
I haven't seen anything on Dalcourt, not good enough to go pro. I think he will transfer out soon.

Latu would've been a guy I'd love to come back. I don't think he's truly found his full potential yet. Also, it is likely the next OC will run the ball and get the TEs more involved in the offense than BOB.
Ekiyor has not really met his potential either but don't see any revelations happening with him. He's just not a high motor/effort guy.
Hellams plays hards but he kinda feels like a safety for a different era. He wants to be like an extra linebacker more than covering interior receivers who go vertical.
Dalcourt has never really come together and had injury problems. He looks like he ought to be the best center on the roster but Seth McLaughlin has arguably looked better whenever he's gotten on the field. He's not awful but McLaughlin seems to bring something else to the table...maybe a mean streak like Dickerson or Valchos?

Seth is more agile than Dalcourt. And he definitely has a mean streak. Don't overlook James Brockermeyer either. He's similar to Seth. Crazy that he's probably the better prospect between he and his brother. He could definitely be the starter once Seth moves on.

Latu is one I'm glad to see go. He always looked like he went half speed and missed a lot of blocks.

Latu I believe has the most potential out of all of them. He is the epitome of a new age tight end
