Jalen got us there, Tua took us home. Both are team players and both are champions now. Not much else needs to be said at this point IMO.

I have no problem with Jalen himself, and wish him nothing but the best. He seems like a fine young man and has said all the right things. He's the kind of guy I wouldn't mind my daughter bringing home some day.

I wish and I believe our fanbase can act like these 2 fine young men. They both took a bunch of heat and criticism, but they are National Champions!

Jalen isn't great! You can't be great if you can't pass the ball when you play the better teams. He just about wore out the Bama defense in the 1st half.

“It was important for me to stay true to myself and be the person I am, and be the leader I am, regardless of the circumstance. It’s my duty to do things like that, and do all those things genuinely.”

I wish Jalen nothing but the best. I actually think a change a scenery will do him some good. I think Bama got caught up in the idea of a running QB but his passing skills are not up to par and I don't think know if that's something you just fix. As a person he's got great character but as a QB I prefer Tua.

If Jalen had signed with Bama in 77 then he could have taken over when Steadman Shealy graduated and Bama would have gotten that 1st 3 peat. Jalen would have been a Hoss for the Bone.

Nothing but the greatest regard for Jalen. He did yeoman service for the Tide. I sincerely hope he has a great future in football. With us or elsewhere.
Like Saban told him: " We would not be here without you Jalen"!

Jalen showed the utmost class last night, as I knew he would if the switch was ever made. I hope he stays.
