I live in Amarillo, TX and I haven't been to a game in years (it's about a 15 hour drive each way from here to Tuscaloosa) and I don't want to fly. HOWEVER, I am trying to go to the South Carolina game on 10/12. I'm taking my nephew (16 years old, lives in Trussville and has never been to a Bama game) and his best friend.

I went to www.rolltide.com and I'm assuming UA has already sold all their single game tickets. Went to Stub Hub and Ticketmaster and I think their service fees are way too high.

I know, I know, you don't get something for nothing and I don't mind paying good money but there's gotta be a better way. Any ideas or suggestions?

PS-You may wonder why my nephew has never been to a game, Both his parents are Auburn alums and so are his grandparents. Jake (my nephew) plans on going to Bama and his family are fit to be tied, LOL.

If you’re OK with upper deck, chances are USC will return unsold visitor tix that UA will sell closer to the start of the season. These visiting tix are typically in the south upper deck. If the University sends any notice of ticket availability, I’ll find this thread an update it.

Yeah the university will release single game tickets for a few games not long from now.

Additionally, I don’t know if you’re a part of any other message boards, but some of them have good ticket exchange threads

OK, I appreciate the info. I was (for some reason) thinking that UA had already sold all those tickets. Don't recall care all that much where we're sitting and wouldn't care if we had to sit among the South Carolina fans.

My son-in-law is on the NCAA compliance staff at South Carolina and will be on the sidelines.

Can’t he get you tickets?

He MIGHT be able to get tickets but isn’t too confident.
