Defense was a weakness this year, but I trust Saban. Especially on the defensive side of the ball. And the injuries had an impact.
We will learn how good of a coordinator Golding is this year.

I agree. Still find it hard to believe we finished 3rd in the SP+ despite all those injuries.
We even did better vs LSU than Clemson did, and they didn't even have a ton of injuries.
Future looks bright, especially if these new S&C coaches can help prevent injuries. Just a little consistency and this defense is going to be elite.

I wasn't attacking him, just stating how I felt. I only have two posts because I don't like posting. I've been happily lurking on this board for a decade and until the past two years never even felt the need to have an account on here. I think mods need to do their job or this board could end up like the rant. Years ago a poster like Sean wouldn't have lasted a week with some of his antics.
