If Bama gets into the playoff, would a win over Auburn in the semi-finals or national championship ease the pain from last night?
Losing the iron bowl is terrible. But, I think the playoff win would relieve it. Because it's the game that really matters (towards winning a championship).

The committee will probably have Bama ranked 6th, behind Georgia @ #5 Then Auburn @4.

I think is comes down to TCU winning 100% chance IMO and 50/50 with OSU winning.

That would move Bama up to 5 if top 4 win out.
If OSU beats Wisconsin, and it's a very close game, we could still see Wisconsin falling to the 4 slot....or.....OSU getting the 4 slot for being conference champs.

Jmo, the top 4 would look like this *if* let's say, Oklahaoma eaks out a close win (3-4pts or less) and Wisconsin gets blown out.
