Based on what I’ve seen so far today I think we’re on another level this year. Hope that’s not just the homer in me but color me unimpressed so far.

He’s got to be one of the most overrated players of all time. He’s obviously quite talented but so many people just drool all over him acting like he’s greatest player they have ever seen. Watson was a better QB but he didn’t get the credit he deserved.

I see what you’re saying but the best team doesn’t always win. The gap between Bama and the other teams is large enough that’s it noticeable but but small enough that a few uncharacteristic and costly mistakes could even things out. Football isn’t a sport like others where you to determine the champ using the best of 5 or 7 games. In a multi game series, that uncharacteristically play isn’t likely to happen in multiple games.
So that’s why I don’t share the mentality of those that say, “I’m not worried about OSU or Clemson”. All it takes is a few bad snaps to turn that potential 17 point win into a loss.

This is really what we expected in the first Klempson Noder Daim game - Clemson to show why Notre Dame isn't really relevant anymore. Too much talent on the Clemson side.

Assuming this becomes a absolute blowout and Bama wins of course, A&M could get in. But they could be the no.3 seed to avoid a rematch. Which would mean Bama gets OSU.
