Don’t get the Diggs slander also! Kid is absolutely talented, the LSU game will stick in people’s minds forever and it’s sad because he had a solid season other than that game. He also played well last year before the injury.

I thought he was a good CB, turned to look for the ball alot etc.

Got burned on a few plays, but show me a CB who hasn't.

Diggs had a really good year, a bad LSU game, and a noteworthy penalty vs Auburn that stands out to people.

The latter 2 doesn't erase the former.

Guy finished the Arkansas game last year playing on a broken foot IIRC. Just because he's skipping this game doesn't take away from his efforts for the university.

Diggs could improve his draft stock by playing.

Are they traveling with the team to the bowl game?

I’d rather they both play but they’ve also both experienced season ending injuries. I can’t really blame them.

Every player that goes out there is putting themselves at risk for injury. It's every play of every game they risk it.

These guys quit.

Of course they did. Folks can justify it or sugarcoat it all they'd like but they quit on their teammates and the fans that support them. One or both can play in the senior bowl but not against Michigan with their boys one last time? Well, bye then.

I'd like to know if that's ever happened before.

Skip the bowl game but then play in Mobile. I doubt it...

in fairness, the senior bowl provides exposure to scouts and opportunities for team interviews to help draft stocks.

Past players have participated in senior bowl prep week activities in even a limited capacity just to get the exposure and rep before the combine or even as a last chance to get a combine invite.

It is basically a job interview. The other is a last hoorah with your team with varied levels of interest and effort across the board. Given his injury history, I dont think it's that bad of an idea

A player's entire college career is a job interview.

Given his injury history, I'm fine with that decision and wouldn't want him to play - I'm sure everybody is banged up at the end of the season to some degree but he just shouldn't risk it.

His latest post on Twitter makes me glad he is leaving and not playing honestly.

I'd rather him quit on the team now than just go through the motions during the bowl game when someone else would give maximum effort.

Same from what I posted before.

McKinney from what I’m told is having a really hard time.

Lewis, Jerry, seem certain.

Najee is floating back like McKinney. I’m actually starting to getting alittle excited. If we get some of these guys back we will be in great shape.

Trust me I’m trying to be worst case but Najee, McKinney are getting the earful, bowl game, let’s win this shite all day until Jan 1st. Just getting the WR’s, Tua, Moses would make me super happy.
