He committed to ND but didnt want it public till after his announcement. ND fricked up and put his name on a press release.

Thanks Trey and stat. I looked back a couple of pages and onthebrink said ND had backtracked.

Its only a secondary if he didnt fax it to them. We dont know either way. All we know is that he didnt want his decision made public before his announcement.
