No. Plenty of guys have signed LOI and not made it in.

with the new rules that if you sign a potential kid with grades issue and he does not make it in the fall then I am pretty sure it now counts against your 85

It doesn't count against your 85 but it counts against the 25 SEC LOI rule which is what will limit the number that we sign
