Nothing out of the ordinary I didn't see a blatant miss the only real miss was a corner blitz by Fitz. The young guys you can see hesitate alittle on who to pick up but they will be ok.

You act like I made a big deal about it. It was one post.

Ironic I didn't see you coming to save me when I was getting shite but now you're offended that I gave myself a small part on the back.

I don't get personal here with OUR fans. So no, it isn't ironic at all.

How has Adam Griffin been in practice?

I'm curious as well because even our undefeated teams had close calls. 1992 was La Tech, and the game was closer than the 13-0 score because I was there.

Would it have been more like 42-0 if you hadn't been there?

If I thought so, I would have walked my a$$ out before half time.

Yeah that 92 game against La Tech was rough. Only TD we scored that day was a David Palmer punt return. Best player on the field that day was Willie Roaf. I was at that game too.

I was there also, but we brutalized their QB's all day, Tech was never going to score.

He seems to be buried in the depth chart but maybe he gets in there at some point.

I think he was 3/5 and he didn't have a wild miss, he barely missed on the other 2. This is pretty standard for Griff.

So something I would like to bring up,

You will likely hear our depth on 2nd Def is not good and that's why hurts did so well. He worked with all three units, 1st, 2nd, and 2nd/3rd mix and did basically the same thing. Just to clarify. Something else I want to point out, the 2nd team Def were like middle school kids to him, it was hard to believe.

If that's the case, he's probably the guy.

Can you image Bama with a superstar QB, wow. Bama has had some very good QB under Saban, non of which I would call a superstar. If Saban had a Winston, Manziel, Newton, Watson type QB, Bama would win every game by 30 plus points.

One would think but with another scrimmage coming up it's hard to say. Maybe they liked what they saw from Bateman? I'm not sure how but you never know.

Any Jamar King news? I hoped he could provide some needed depth, but from practice reports it seems like he's running behind the two freshman (maybe just because he arrived late).

His film was ridiculous. Was hoping he'd be absolutely killing QBs like I saw in his highlights
